LA ANSES HIZO UN RÉCORD DE CASI 1.200.000 TRÁMITES EN JUNIO
La Administración Nacional de la Seguridad Social (Anses) realizó a lo largo de junio 1.196.431 trámites entre jubilaciones, pensiones, gestiones de Asignación Universal por Hijo y asignaciones familiares, junto a otros beneficios, y además intervino en 56.958 expedientes previsionales, de los cuales 43.367 correspondieron a nuevas jubilaciones.
Tras difundir ese balance, desde el organismo resaltaron el hecho de que en junio se hayan realizado casi 1.200.000 trámites, lo que para la Anses implicó alcanzar un nuevo «récord» en materia de capacidad de atención.
«La Anses está dando respuesta a los organismos y estos casi 1.2 millones de trámites realizados son prueba de eso», destacó la directora ejecutiva, Fernanda Raverta, quien además reafirmó la intención del organismo de «acompañar a cada persona en forma cercana, eficiente y empática» durante el contexto de pandemia.
«Estamos muy contentos con el récord alcanzado», señaló la funcionaria.
Además, desde la Anses detallaron que del total de 1.196.431 trámites atendidos 826.503 correspondieron a gestiones llevadas a cabo de forma presencial en sus distintas delegaciones (Unidades de Atención Integral, Udai), mientras que las restantes 369.928 fueron diligencias realizadas a distancia, con la utilización de una clave de seguridad, a través del canal de Atención Virtual que funciona en el portal del organismo: www.anses.gob.ar/informacion/atencion-virtual.
Por último, la conducción de la entidad informó que durante junio se recibieron en las distintas delegaciones a 671.918 personas que recurrieron a las oficinas de la Anses a los fines de tramitar jubilaciones, pensiones o diversos tipos de asignaciones o beneficios.
