PIDEN ELEVAR A JUICIO ORAL LA CAUSA POR EL ROBO A CAROLINA PÍPARO Y SU MARIDO
La fiscalía de Menores de la Plata que investiga el robo a la diputada bonaerense Carolina Píparo y su esposo pidió elevar a juicio oral la causa en la que están imputados un adolescente de 16 años y un joven de 22 años, informó una fuente judicial.
El vocero explicó que el pedido fue notificado en las últimas horas a las defensas de los dos acusados de intentar robar a Píparo y su marido Juan Ignacio Buzali la madrugada del 1 de enero en la capital de la provincia de Buenos Aires.
Tanto el adolescente como el joven identificado como Cristian Anticaglia están acusados del delito de «robo agravado por el uso de arma de fuego».
Píparo (44) denunció haber sido asaltada por «motochorros» la madrugada del 1 de enero último en la calle 47, entre 15 y 16, de La Plata, en momentos en que iba con su esposo a llevar a su suegro a su casa.
Según la legisladora, tras ello y cuando se dirigía con su esposo a realizar la denuncia a bordo de su Fiat 500L negro con techo blanco, volvieron a ser interceptados por lo que creyeron que eran los mismos «motochorros» que los habían asaltado, por lo cual embistieron a una de las motos en las calles 31 y 28 y luego escaparon del lugar.
La pareja se alejó en el auto sin asistir a los dos jóvenes, identificados como Luis Lavalle (23) y un adolescente de 17 años, quienes tripulaban la moto y que resultaron heridos.
Por pedido de la fiscal María Eugenia Di Lorenzo, de la Unidad Funcional de Instrucción (UFI) 17 de La Plata, Buzali fue detenido el 9 de enero último como acusado del «doble homicidio en grado de tentativa» y luego fue beneficiado con arresto domiciliario.
