ACELERAN TURNOS DE VACUNACIÓN A DOCENTES BONAERENSES PARA RETOMAR PRESENCIALIDAD DESDE EL MIÉRCOLES
El gobierno bonaerense anunció hoy que durante este fin de semana se distribuirán los turnos de vacunación para la totalidad de docentes y auxiliares inscriptos que aún no hayan recibido su primera dosis, de cara al regreso a partir del miércoles de las clases presenciales en el conurbano bonaerense.
Así lo informó en un comunicado la Dirección General de Cultura y Educación de la provincia, que destacó que «con el esquema de presencialidad administrada que estaba vigente antes de la suspensión temporal de las clases presenciales, la semana que viene las escuelas ubicadas en los municipios bonaerenses que integran el AMBA empiezan a retomar la presencialidad».
El regreso de las clases presenciales en el conurbano fue adelantado ayer por el gobernador bonaerense Axel Kicillof en una conferencia de prensa que ofreció para detallar cómo siguen desde hoy las medidas de cuidado en ese distrito, en el marco de la segunda ola de coronavirus.
Según se precisó hoy, entre lunes y martes, se reorganizarán las actividades educativas y comenzarán a convocar desde el miércoles «en forma progresiva» a los estudiantes.
«Estos distritos se suman a los distritos del interior de la Provincia que se encuentran en Fase 3 y 4», se señaló en el comunicado.
Desde el Poder Ejecutivo bonaerense se planteó que la vuelta a la «presencialidad cuidada» se dará «con el estricto cumplimiento de las medidas establecidas en el Plan Jurisdiccional con el que se inició el presente año lectivo».
De esta manera, continuará siendo obligatorio «el uso correcto de tapaboca en todo momento, los agrupamientos de estudiantes para respetar el distanciamiento requerido, los ingresos y egresos escalonados para evitar la concentración de personas y la alternancia de clases presenciales y no presenciales».
En ese sentido, se puso de relieve que «el esfuerzo realizado con el cumplimiento de las medidas de restricción a la circulación permitió alcanzar las condiciones epidemiológicas necesarias para el retorno a la presencialidad administrada en todos estos distritos».
«No obstante, será preciso continuar con el cumplimiento estricto de las medidas de cuidado tendientes a minimizar el contagio ya que, si en algunos distritos se dan nuevos rebrotes, se deberán adoptar nuevamente medidas de suspensión temporal y focalizada de la presencialidad escolar», se aclaró.
Asimismo, desde el Gobierno bonaerense destacaron que el retorno a la presencialidad cuidada «se da en el marco de la aceleración de la campaña de vacunación y gracias a la inconmensurable tarea de las y los trabajadores de la salud y, también al compromiso y la solidaridad de los sindicatos de docentes y auxiliares».
Por otro lado, se destacó la iniciativa “Buenos Aires en las escuelas”, a través de la cual -con una inversión de $622 millones- se distribuye en la actualidad 33.000 dispositivos medidores de dióxido de carbono (CO2) a las más de 11.000 escuelas de gestión estatal.
El monitoreo de CO2 permite regular el nivel de apertura de las puertas y ventanas necesario para una adecuada ventilación que mitigue el riesgo de contagio y aporte la mayor comodidad térmica posible en el contexto de bajas temperaturas.
Asimismo se extenderá el Plan de vigilancia epidemiológica activa en las escuelas, con una inversión del estado provincial de $117,5 millones, a través del cual los equipos de salud realizarán testeos muestrales aleatorios a docentes y auxiliares para la detección de casos asintomáticos.
Además «se continúa con el refuerzo de la inversión presupuestaria para la provisión permanente de insumos de limpieza, desinfección y elementos de protección personal, por el cual la Provincia lleva invertidos $1.222 millones desde el inicio de la pandemia».
A estas medidas de refuerzo se suma la continuidad de las obras de mejoramiento de la infraestructura desarrolladas por el programa “Escuelas a la obra”, que lleva comprometida una inversión de $6.570 millones y las acciones de fortalecimiento de los planteles docentes a través de la cobertura de 34.123 desempeños auxiliares y docentes dispensados, se destacó en el comunicado.
