DETIENEN A UN HOMBRE ACUSADO DE MATAR A PUÑALADAS A UN ADOLESCENTE DE 17 AÑOS

Un hombre de 41 años fue detenido en la localidad platense de Los Hornos tras varios meses de búsqueda, acusado de asesinar a un joven de 17 años, en Melchor Romero, a principios de septiembre del año pasado, informaron hoy fuentes policiales.

Se trata del presunto autor del crimen de Martín Ricardo Barboza, quien murió tras ser apuñalado en el pecho con un arma blanca en esa zona de La Plata.

Según las fuentes policiales, las investigaciones que se realizaron tras el asesinato de Barboza condujeron a un hombre identificado como Juan Ruiz De Vacca, conocido como “El Paragua 41”, vecino por entonces de Melchor Romero.

Tras la muerte del adolescente no se lo vio más por la zona y los detectives de la DDI La Plata, que comprobaron que el acusado tenía un conflicto con la víctima y lo había amenazado previo a su muerte con «pincharlo como a un chinchulín», rastrearon su paradero en El Talar de Pacheco, donde intentó cambiar su identidad, agregaron los informantes.

Según las fuentes, los investigadores chequearon varios domicilios en aquella zona sin hallar al acusado, hasta que se obtuvo información sobre una nueva mudanza hacia La Plata.

El personal de la DDI La Plata siguió esa última pista y logró su detención en las últimas horas en inmediaciones de calle 138, entre 61 y 62, de Los Hornos.

El apresado quedó acusado de “homicidio agravado”, a disposición del fiscal Marcelo Martini, a cargo de la UFI 3 del Departamento Judicial La Plata.
